We are excited to start recruiting for our 2022 season. Being based of the North Devon coast, we are a stones throw away from the Atlantic, with great access to a multitude of exceptional outdoor venues. Our clients range from residential school groups to development training programmes and everything else between.

We are looking to build on our highly regarded team - with instructors of all levels, from early-in-career to experienced well-seasoned professionals, who will be passionate, engaging and able to deliver our products to a high standard.

A job with us offers:

• A salary starting from £7.08/£9.75 per hour depending on age & experience, uniform, training, group benefits (ie Perkbox)

Applicants must have:

• A passion for the great outdoors

• Valid first aid certificate

• Enhanced DBS check (we can help you with this)

• At least 1 years experience in the outdoors

​

Plus any of these would be very helpful:

• British canoeing coaching awards

• Mountain training qualifications

• RYA powerboat instructor

• Full driving licence

• D1 with CPC

• ​

Contracts available from now and finish at the beginning of October - this maybe extended depending on the business needs.
